This astronomical watch shows our solar system orbiting the sun.

Sadly, Uranus and Neptune are left out of the mix because it'd make the gadget too unwieldy.

I can't think of a better way to show everyone your interest in astronomy while diversifying your portfolio.

Astronomical Clocks Are the Most Beautiful Way to Track Hours, Years, and the Moon

http://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/as ... d-the-moon

Eric Grundhauser presents seven ancient wonders, where our ancestors measured the heavens with clocks with astronishing accuracy.

Quote:
Centuries ago, astronomical clocks were the ultimate statement in horological prowess. During the heyday of grand astronomical clocks, between the 14th and 16th centuries in Europe, these massive constructions were often decorated as ornate pieces of art featuring multiple faces, moving figures, carved ornamentation, and intricately displayed figures.

Another good way to diversify your portfolio and a hedge against inflation. This item should hold its value even as your non-tangible assets go south.
